General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and egebet ("Company", "Platform", "We", "Us") governing your access to and use of the egebet website located at egebet.bio and all related services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and any other gaming products offered thereon.

By creating an egebet account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand it, and that you agree to be bound by it. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must not use the egebet platform.

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

Acceptance of this Agreement is automatic upon completion of the egebet registration process. You do not need to separately sign or countersign this document — the act of registering constitutes your acceptance. egebet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, registered players will be notified by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

1.2 Governing Language

This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation (if provided for informational purposes), the English version shall prevail in all respects. All communications between egebet and the player — including support correspondence, bonus communications, and account notices — will be conducted in English.

1.3 Platform Availability

egebet operates as a browser-based platform accessible from any modern mobile or desktop browser. The Company makes no guarantee of uninterrupted availability and reserves the right to perform scheduled or emergency maintenance at any time. egebet will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where operationally possible. No compensation is payable for periods of unavailability unless a wager was placed and the outcome was materially affected by a verifiable platform error.

Account Registration

To access egebet's betting and gaming products, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. You must complete all required fields accurately and must not provide false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of the registration process or thereafter.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active egebet account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 18 years of age.
2. You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf — not as an agent or representative of a third party.
3. You do not currently hold another active or suspended egebet account.
4. You are not located in a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
5. You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of egebet or any of its affiliated service providers.
6. You are depositing and wagering funds that belong to you and that have been obtained through lawful means.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

egebet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. Prior to processing your first withdrawal, you will be required to submit satisfactory proof of identity. Accepted documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission, a valid passport, or such other government-issued photo identification as egebet may accept at its discretion.

KYC reviews are typically completed within 1–2 hours during standard operating hours. egebet reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend withdrawal processing until satisfactory verification is completed. Providing false or forged identity documents constitutes a serious breach of this Agreement and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your egebet login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. egebet strongly recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available in your account security settings. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact egebet support immediately via live chat. egebet accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access attributable to your failure to protect your credentials.

Deposits and Withdrawals

egebet supports a range of Bangladesh-specific payment methods designed to provide fast, convenient, and fee-free transactions for players. All monetary amounts on the egebet platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), displayed with the ৳ symbol.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment channels are supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard

bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited to your egebet account balance within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the mobile banking provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 1 business day depending on the sending institution's processing times.

3.2 Deposit Conditions

1. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected.
2. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
3. egebet does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your mobile banking provider or bank may apply its own transaction charges, for which egebet accepts no responsibility.
4. Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once the transaction has been confirmed. Contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

1. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
2. Withdrawals are only processed to payment accounts verified as belonging to the account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
3. All active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. Attempting to withdraw while a bonus is active will result in the forfeit of the bonus and associated winnings unless otherwise stated in the promotion's specific terms.
4. First withdrawals require completion of KYC verification as described in Section 2.2.
5. egebet aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours. During high-volume periods or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 3 business days.
6. egebet reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding ৳50,000.

Bonuses and Promotions

egebet offers a welcome bonus and a range of ongoing promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus conditions below and the promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register an egebet account and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The bonus percentage and qualifying deposit threshold are as stated in the current welcome offer displayed on the egebet platform at the time of registration. egebet reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome offer at any time, provided that changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses — including the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free spin winnings, and cashback credits — are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in that promotion's terms. Unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account. Unused bonus funds expire after this period.
• Wagers placed on sports betting markets contribute at the rate stated in the promotion terms. Not all sports markets contribute equally.
• Slot games from participating providers typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified.
• Wagers placed at minimum odds of 1.50 or greater qualify for sportsbook wagering requirement fulfillment unless otherwise stated.
• egebet reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that the bonus was claimed in bad faith or in violation of these terms.

4.3 Promotional Eligibility

Promotional offers at egebet are intended for recreational players engaging in genuine gaming activity. egebet reserves the right to exclude a player from a promotion or to void bonus winnings if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a player has exploited a promotion through systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine engagement with the platform's products. This includes, but is not limited to, matched betting, bonus hunting, or use of automated betting tools.

4.4 Seasonal and Match-Day Promotions

egebet runs seasonal promotions tied to major cricket events including BPL, IPL, and ICC T20 World Cup matches, as well as cultural events such as Eid and Pohela Boishakh. These promotions are time-limited and may carry additional conditions specific to the event. Full terms for each seasonal promotion are published on the egebet promotions page at the time the offer goes live.

Betting and Gaming Rules

egebet offers live and pre-match sports betting, live casino games powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and a slots lobby housing over 3,000 titles. The following general rules apply across all product verticals. Product-specific rules are published within the relevant section of the egebet platform.

5.1 Sports Betting

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time the wager is confirmed. Odds may change between the moment you select a market and the moment your bet is submitted — if the odds have moved, you will be shown the updated price before confirmation.
• In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of the egebet trading team. egebet reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, including during periods of high scoring activity or other significant in-match events.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or replayed, bets will be settled in accordance with the official rules for the relevant sport and competition as published by egebet's trading team.
• egebet will not be held liable for errors in odds caused by technical malfunction. Bets placed at clearly erroneous prices (palpable errors) may be voided at egebet's sole discretion.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by sport, competition, and market type.

5.2 Live Casino

Live casino games at egebet are provided by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi and are broadcast in real time from professional studio environments. Game outcomes are determined by physical events — card draws, roulette spins, dice rolls — observed in the live video stream. egebet accepts no liability for connection interruptions on the player's side that cause a live casino session to be disrupted. Where a disconnection occurs mid-hand in a card game and the result cannot be recovered, the relevant hand may be voided and the stake returned.

5.3 Slots and RNG Games

All slot games and random number generator (RNG)-based games available on egebet use certified RNG software to ensure that each game outcome is independent, random, and not influenced by previous results. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are as stated by the game provider. egebet does not modify RTP values from those certified and published by the relevant provider.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the egebet platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

1. Multi-Accounting: Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or under a false identity, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
2. Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, poker hand results, or betting markets for mutual financial benefit.
3. Match Fixing and Insider Betting: Placing wagers on the basis of non-public information, or placing bets on events in which you have any direct or indirect involvement in the outcome.
4. Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to interact with egebet's betting or gaming products without express written approval from the Company.
5. Chargeback Abuse: Initiating payment chargebacks or reversals after wagering deposited funds, with the intent to retain winnings while recovering the deposit amount through a third-party payment dispute.
6. Money Laundering: Using the egebet platform as a vehicle to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the criminal origin of those funds.
7. Exploitation of Technical Errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through the exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
8. Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or abusive language toward egebet support staff or other users of the platform via any communication channel.

Account Suspension and Closure

egebet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the circumstances described in this section. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method.

7.1 Suspension by egebet

egebet may suspend or restrict an account in the following circumstances:

• A compliance or KYC review is underway and requires additional documentation from the player.
• Unusual or suspicious account activity has been detected that requires investigation.
• A responsible gaming concern has been identified, including a player-requested cooling-off period.
• A dispute or chargeback has been raised by a payment provider relating to a deposit on the account.
• egebet has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

7.2 Closure for Breach

Where an account is closed as a result of a verified breach of these Terms & Conditions — including but not limited to multi-accounting, fraud, abuse of bonuses, or use of prohibited software — egebet reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including both real-money funds and any bonus funds. egebet will not be obligated to explain the full details of its investigation where doing so could compromise ongoing security processes.

7.3 Voluntary Closure and Self-Exclusion

You may request voluntary closure of your egebet account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, egebet strongly encourages you to activate a formal self-exclusion period rather than a simple account closure, as self-exclusion provides additional protections including prevention of re-registration during the exclusion period. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, egebet's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their egebet account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.1 Exclusions

egebet expressly excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by events outside egebet's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, acts of government, or natural disasters.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain secure login credentials as described in Section 2.3.
• Errors in sports data feeds provided by third-party suppliers, provided that egebet acts in good faith upon the data received and settles markets in accordance with its published rules.
• Any tax liability arising from winnings in the player's jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for determining and meeting their own tax obligations.

8.2 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless egebet, its directors, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions, your use of the platform in violation of applicable law, or any fraudulent or abusive conduct on your part.

8.3 Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. egebet operates as an online platform serving an international audience including players in Bangladesh. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of egebet is lawful in their jurisdiction. egebet makes no representation that access to its services is legal in all locations from which the platform may be accessible.

8.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

8.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy accessible on the egebet platform, constitute the entire agreement between egebet and the player with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral.
